A Library Story: A Letter to La Quinta

While today’s landscape of emails, online chat forums and text messages make for quick and easy communication, a handwritten letter conveys something special and personal to its recipients. That is exactly how the Riverside County Library System (RCLS) La Quinta branch staff felt when they received a letter from a grateful patron. Sent through the mail this summer, the letter describes how much simple kindness and assistance from the La Quinta staff in Southern California meant.
